Model 641 Pressure Sensor

 DESCRIPTION

     Model 641 pressure sensor incorporates MEMS technology and custom Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) technology in the design. It applied the silicon sense chip and is specifically designed for low pressure in the tough automotive application.
